Mold issues in the Valley Suite create an uncomfortable atmosphere, and the wetness permeates the entire room, making sleep difficult. The so-called jacuzzi in the Suite with Spa Bath is misleading. it’s just a tub that takes too long to fill, and the lack of heating means it’s hardly usable. Miscommunication about room amenities leads to more frustration, and hygiene concerns arise when hotel staff improperly handles bathwater.

Nestled amongst lush greenery, the tranquil environment was a breath of fresh air. The infinity pool took my breath away, and the complimentary afternoon tea felt special after excursions.

I faced challenges with minor maintenance issues like slow hot water. There were moments of noise from neighboring rooms that detracted from the overall serenity.

I recently enjoyed a peaceful stay at The Sankara Suites And Villas By Pramana. The lush greenery surrounding the resort created a serene retreat, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. My suite had a beautiful decor and included a lovely private pool that added a special touch to my getaway.

My room had a nice decor, though it felt a little average. the comfy beds made up for it. The free shuttle service into Ubud was great, but I experienced issues with the yoga classes being canceled. I was looking forward to relaxing but was disappointed when I was informed that classes were unavailable during my stay. The spa treatments were wonderful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. On a downside, during my time there, I came across a minor issue with the balcony doors. gaps allowed for mosquitos to sneak in, which was a concern. the quick response to tape the doors was appreciated. The hot water in my room took a while to heat up, which was inconvenient.
